C&D Clean Energy and ZES Solar Reaches a 1.1GW Solis Inverter Supply Cooperation

Recently, C&D Clean Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of C&D Inc. (600153.SH), signed a 1.1GW inverter product supply chain service agreement with ZES Solar, a Turkish energy and power company. According to the agreement, C&D Clean Energy will provide ZES Solar with 1.1GW of Solis inverter products and supply chain services in the coming year, helping ZES Solar deepen its exploration of the Turkish and global photovoltaic market.

ZES Solar is a new energy brand of Zorlu Enerji, the leading energy and power conglomerate, operating in different sectors of the energy industry. As early as 2021, C&D Clean Energy and Solis launched a good and in-depth strategic business cooperation. In 2022, C&D Clean Energy and Zorlu Enerji reached a 900MW Solis inverter supply business. This cooperation is another milestone in the history of trilateral cooperation.

Through this cooperation, ZES Solar will leverage C&D Clean Energy's professional and leading supply chain operation global resource link capabilities, and both sides will work together to expand the market and bring smarter, more stable and more cost-effective protection and services to end customers' power plant assets.
