C&D Emerging Energy Launches Residential Photovoltaic Brand "Yi Guang Xing Neng

On February 21, the "Xiamen C&D Emerging Energy · Yi Guang Xing Neng Brand Launch Conference" was held in Xiamen. At the event, C&D Emerging Energy, wholly-owned subsidiary of C&D Inc. (600153.SH), officially launched its residential photovoltaic brand "Yi Guang Xing Neng". Yi Guang Xing Neng is a brand established by C&D Emerging Energy, focused on the distributed photovoltaic market, offering distributed photovoltaic system solutions to the market.

Hundreds of guests, including government and corporate leaders, national supplier partners, experts from authoritative industry institutions, and well-known media representatives, attended the event to witness the grand launch of the "Yi Guang Xing Neng" brand by C&D Emerging Energy.

At this launch event, Zheng Yongda, Party Secretary and Chairman of C&D Inc., explained the intentions and value behind the launch of the Yi Guang Xing Neng brand. Zheng Yongda stated that since C&D entered the new energy industry in 2019, it has achieved a certain scale in the market. The launch of the "Yi Guang Xing Neng" brand by C&D Emerging Energy further demonstrates our determination to deeply cultivate the new energy field.

Zheng Yongda further introduced the future development plan for Yi Guang Xing Neng, which will proceed in three steps: first, starting with the photovoltaic distributed power station business to enter the new energy application market; second, promoting the platformization, intelligence, multi-scenario application, and international development of the smart energy business; and finally, focusing on various zero-carbon scenarios, integrating green rights, and merging digital technologies to build a healthy new energy ecosystem together.

Following this, C&D Emerging Energy signed strategic cooperation agreements with four investors: Guangzhou Yuexiu Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., CMB Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Zheshang Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., and State Power Investment Corporation Green Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. Additionally, C&D Emerging Energy signed agreements with six companies: LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Tongwei Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Sanjing Electric Co., Ltd., GoodWe Technology Co., Ltd., Risen Energy Co., Ltd., and Wuxi Suntech Power Co., Ltd.

This signing marks a crucial step for Yi Guang Xing Neng in its deep layout of the residential distributed market, providing significant momentum for achieving Yi Guang Xing Neng's three development plans and promoting the joint construction of a healthy new energy ecosystem.

In the future, C&D Emerging Energy will fully leverage its advantages in solutions, products, models, and channels to meet differentiated and diversified needs, forming a closed-loop quality management process.
