Recently, Jiage Group and C&D Agricultural Products Group held a signing and unveiling ceremony for the cooperative establishment of the Agricultural Grain and Nutrition Joint Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as the "Joint Research Institute") and the Nutrition Enhancement Center for Specific Populations at Jiage's Xiamen factory. Cao Borui, General Manager of Jiage Group, and Lin Mao, General Manager of C&D Inc., signed the cooperation agreement for the Joint Research Institute. Lv Rongdian, Deputy General Manager of C&D Inc. and General Manager of C&D Agricultural Products Group, Professor Zhou Peng from Jiangnan University's National Key Laboratory of Food Science and Resource Utilization, and Director of the Sino-US Dairy Innovation Center, among others, participated in the ceremony.

Earlier, Jiage Group and C&D Inc. successfully signed a strategic cooperation agreement, initiating comprehensive cooperation in various fields such as agricultural product supply chain integrated services and the co-creation of a large health business model. In order to achieve resource sharing and complementary capabilities and to accelerate technological innovation, the two parties reached a consensus based on the principles of mutual benefit, mutual advantage, and mutual complementarity, deciding to jointly establish the "C&D-Jiage Agricultural Grain and Nutrition Joint Research Institute" to explore new chapters in the development of the food and agricultural fields.
