C&D Merchandise Signs Coffee Project Agreement with Kunshan Development Zone

On May 20, C&D Merchandise, a subsidiary of C&D Inc. (600153.SH) Consumer Goods Group, signed an agreement with Kunshan Development Zone, Jiangsu Province for the "C&D Merchandise Coffee Sales Headquarters Project".

Kunshan is currently advancing the renewal of traditional industries, the expansion of emerging industries, and the cultivation of future industries. With a focus on "whole industry chain" and "internationalization," Kunshan is highlighting the coffee industry as a key area of development. Concurrently, C&D Merchandise also views the coffee industry as a vital new track for growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. Utilizing the coffee bean warehouse in the Kunshan Comprehensive Bonded Zone as the coffee sales headquarters, C&D Merchandise will engage in high-end food import and export trade and warehousing and distribution services, providing supply chain services for well-known food brands such as Luckin Coffee.

This agreement will promote the deep expansion of C&D Merchandise in the coffee industry and inject new vitality into the coffee sector in Kunshan and nationwide.
